Permanent, Full time, 39 hours per week (between 8am - 6pm) plus call out incl. weekends Please note that our client do not currently offer any Tier 2 sponsorship About the role Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative with a general building and roofing experience to work within their Property Services team. You will be responsible for the improvement and maintenance to all their properties as well as supporting colleagues across the organisation in order to deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service. You will be typically: Carrying out all building work relating to responsive repairs, voids, cyclical and modernisation works allocated by the Resource planner Carrying out multi-skilled works to include electrical, plumbing, tiling, plastering and joinery works to all properties in accordance with priorities and policies Providing safe usage and supervising usage of machinery, including basic maintenance and inspections, as and when required Attending and participating in all training, learning and personal development events as required Working to current Health & Safety guidance and legislation supporting Team Leaders and our client in the development of safe working practices. Take Part in our client's out of hours rota (Generally no more this 1 in every 10 weeks) About you You will hold a City & Guilds / NVQ in a related field and have experience in building and joinery and multi-skilled works, particularly maintenance, repair and modernisation to properties. You will also have good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH regulations. You must also have good customer service skills and a clean driving licence and be comfortable working on a mobile job allocation device.
